How we build and train your chatbot.

Knowledge base build

We document your clinic's full procedure portfolio, pricing structure, surgeon profiles, accreditations, and FAQs. This becomes the chatbot's knowledge base — the information it can answer accurately. We review every response for medical accuracy before go-live.
